Johnny is an individual with great passion and vision. He loves family, people, work, play, God and country. With that, Johnny lives to see greatness blossom wherever potential for it exists. He is married to one he calls his wife of a lifetime and explodes with pride over his daughter, son-in-law and two grandsons who live in Oklahoma.
Johnny worked for many years as an executive team leader, responsible specifically for the performing arts departments in some of the largest churches in Arizona and New Mexico, as well as civic organizations.
In 2007, he founded, a company that operates today as TheJ3Effect This company started out and continues designing high-concept, high-touch multimedia websites. A core value for J3 is assisting their clients in building personal relationships with their customers. To that end, TheJ3Effect recently dedicated an entire new department. One that specializes in the setup and management of human- honoring social media systems that bring companies closer to their customers in ways never-before-possible.
